Admission / Registration.

Step-1: An Open a Day

We recommend an Open Day as the first step in the decision making process. This is an informal event, which gives families the chance to explore the school and its facilities; meet staff and pupils; ask questions; and generally gain a better insight into The Quaid-e-Azam Schools. Please make a phone call or send an email to register your interest. The Emails and phone numbers are available in the Contacts of the desired campus.

Step-2: Visit & Registration:

Visits differ from Open Days in that families make an individual appointment for a tour of the whole school, led by a senior member of staff. There is the opportunity to ask more in-depth questions at this stage. A visit ends with a meeting with our Admissions Officer, who will answer any questions you may have about applying for a place at The Quaid-e-Azam School. We are always happy to meet prospective parents and pupils and would be delighted to show you around. A registeration card for the admission test is issued at the stage.

Step-3: Entrance Exam:

Prospective students are then asked to sit our Entrance Exams. This exam normally last for 60 minutes and consist English, Maths, General Science, Urdu and General knowledge. The registration card and the attached papers contain complete information about the pattern, marks and allotted time for the entrance exam, plus the date, venue and timing as well. The entrance exam is generally not course specific as a variety of courses are being offered in various schools across the country. Nursery and Foundation children are assessed informally, usually when they spend a day at the school prior to joining.

Step-4: Interview & Admission Conformation:

The result of the entrance exam is announced in a week time and is displayed on the school's notice board and also published on our website. Queries on phone are also entertained. The successful candidates now need to present themselves for the interview accompanied by their parents/guadians. The original documents are checked by the Admission Committee. The school fee is paid and the admission confirmation card is issued which holds information about the session start date, timings, uniform and transport system.
