Documents Required for Admission
- The admission form (attached with prospectus)duly filled in
- Three recent passport size color photographs of the candidate.
- The attested copies of the following documents.
- Detailed marks certificate.
- Provisional certificate.
- Character Certificate.
- Father / Guardian N.I.C.
NOTE
The original documents of the candidate are to be presented at the time of interview.
All information given in the application form must be correct.
Merit list of all candidates whose application form are confirmed by the Admission Committee shall be displayed by the notified date for test and interview.
Incomplete form in any respect shall not be considered.
Migration certificate in case the candidate has passed the last examination from an other Board Mardan. In case migration certificate has not been issued by the relevant body, it can be produced in due course of time before the submission of the examination admission form.
